PBS Properties is managed by Mike Messenger, who worked for many years for one of the large, national construction companies, before establishing his own construction business and quickly building its reputation as one of Cheshire’s best and most reliable.
Our core employees are skilled and time-served joiners, giving us expertise across a range of construction techniques. For other trades we engage carefully-selected sub-contractors with whom we have extensive experience of working, and who share our care, pride and passion for attention to detail and for maintaining the highest quality of workmanship. By working this way we are able to keep the cost to the client extremely competitive whilst having ultimate flexibility for deploying skills and trades when needed for the project.
